Welcome to SocialPass! By using our platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the SocialPass mobile application and related services. Please read them carefully before using our services.
 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SocialPass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

 

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in events.

  • By using SocialPass, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

     

3. Registration and Account

  • Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or third-party login, such as Facebook.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

     

4. Use of the Platform

  • SocialPass connects users with curated group activities and events.

  • You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

  • SocialPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for behavior that violates these Terms.

     

5. Event Participation

  • Event Details: SocialPass provides event descriptions, locations, schedules, and participation requirements. Users are responsible for reviewing all event details before registering. SocialPass reserves the right to make changes to event details as necessary and will notify users promptly of any updates.
     

  • Cancellations and Refunds:

    • Users may cancel their participation in events through the app’s “Upcoming Events” section.

    • For paid events:

      • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will qualify for a full refund, processed within 10 business days.

      • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

    • For unpaid events: Users can cancel at any time without penalty.

    • SocialPass reserves the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, users will be notified, and refunds will be provided for paid events.
       

  • No Guarantees: SocialPass strives to ensure the quality and availability of events but does not guarantee the availability of specific events, the satisfaction of users, or compatibility among participants. Users join events at their own discretion.

6. Payments

  • Users may be required to pay fees to participate in certain events.

  • All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. SocialPass is not responsible for errors or disputes arising from payment processing.

     

7. User Conduct

  • Users must respect others and behave appropriately at events.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will result in account termination.

  • Users must not post or share false, offensive, or illegal content through the platform.

     

8. Privacy

Your use of SocialPass is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and features on SocialPass are the property of SocialPass or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

     

10. Limitation of Liability

  • SocialPass is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from event participation or platform use.

  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

     

11. Third-Party Services

  • SocialPass may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

     

12. Modifications to the Terms

  • SocialPass reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or email.

  • Continued use of the platform after changes signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

     

13. Termination

  • SocialPass may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
